You’re not broken.
You’re patterned.
What helped you survive… may be what’s wearing you down.
You're in the right place.
You might be here because you’re exhausted in a way rest doesn’t fix. You’re capable, insightful, and getting through your days - but everything takes more effort than it should. Maybe it shows up through work stress, life transitions, or relationships that feel strained. Sometimes it’s the quiet sense that you’re holding it together, but it’s starting to feel unsustainable.
You’re not just tired. You’re worn down by having to keep showing up and pushing through. Something in you knows you can’t keep going like this, even if you’re not yet sure what to change.
You may notice yourself repeating the same work, relationship, or self-care patterns - doing things you promised yourself you’d stop, or avoiding things you know could help. Not because you lack insight or willpower, but because there may be something deeper shaping how you learned to cope.
Often, what first looks like a life problem reveals itself as a survival pattern once we slow down and look at how you’ve had to adapt. If this feels familiar, it’s not a personal failure. It’s a pattern - and patterns make sense once we understand where they come from.
The whole you -
Past, present, and future.
Many people come to therapy because life feels overwhelming or out of sync. Even when you know what you “should” do, you still feel stuck. Work stress, relationship strain, or life changes may be what bring you here, but underneath - familiar patterns are quietly operating. These patterns developed through past experiences and make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through.
Focusing only on managing symptoms or getting through the week can bring short term relief, but it rarely creates lasting change. When there’s enough safety to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion in the present, new choices become possible.
A better future doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different, but from finally understanding and accepting yourself well enough to build something new.
What’s my vibe?
My style is warm, direct, and deeply engaged. I balance giving you space with actively helping the work move forward.
I’m human first and therapist second. I never forget that our relationship is the foundation that makes meaningful work possible.
Our work adapts as your needs change. Some sessions are reflective and exploratory, others are practical and grounding, and some simply offer a place to catch your breath when life feels overwhelming.
I take seriously the responsibility of making our time together useful, thoughtful, and attuned. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood - not managed or rushed.
With over two decades in the field, I bring both clinical depth and a deeply human understanding of change. I work from an intersectional social justice perspective and welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.
I serve adults in-person in North Seattle and virtually across Washington State.
