What to expect from a consultation.
I offer a free consultation to make sure working together feels like the right fit. It’s a brief, low-pressure conversation where we’ll chat about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether my approach aligns with your needs.
Therapy works best when there’s a sense of safety and trust. The consultation gives us both a chance to notice whether that foundation feels possible. If we decide it’s not the right fit - that’s ok! I’m happy to help you think about next steps or share referrals.
After you submit the form, I’ll respond within 1-2 days to chat about next steps. Every so often responses end up in spam folders, so keep an eye out there to make sure we can connect!
