Let’s Connect!
Reaching out can feel strange and vulnerable, but you don’t need a perfectly worded message or a fully formed goal. This is simply a starting point.
Who I ServeI work with individuals and couples in Washington State seeking thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy.
Many of my clients are capable, self-aware people who are functioning well on the outside but are tired of just getting through. They’re looking for meaningful, steady work to move from just functioning to truly fulfilled.
I provide virtual Telehealth therapy statewide and in-person therapy in Seattle.
What to expect from a consultation.
I offer free consultations because you shouldn’t have to commit to working with someone you’ve never spoken to. It’s a brief, no-pressure conversation.
We’ll talk generally about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether my approach fits for you. You don’t need to share your entire history, just enough to make sure I can provide what you need.
If you’re someone who tends to overthink first conversations - that’s normal. You’re not being evaluated. This isn’t an interview. It’s more of a vibe check. If it doesn’t seem right, that’s genuinely okay. I’m happy to offer referrals or help you think through next steps.
After you submit the form, I’ll respond within 1–2 business days. Occasionally my responses land in spam folders, so feel free to check there if you haven’t heard from me.
Please note: This form is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, call or text 988, or contact your local emergency services.
If you’re unsure whether my approach (or therapy in general) is right for you, you’re still welcome to reach out. You don’t have to know for sure to take the first step.
I currently have limited openings for new clients, reach out to learn more!
You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out. If you’ve been carrying a lot and want to feel better - that’s reason enough.
